The perfect contrast between the crispy batter exterior and the tender fish inside makes for a lovely eating experience. The deep frying method not only gives a crunch but also keeps the fish moist and delicious. To make ours extra tasty with a Shropshire twist we use our own recipe beer batter using local Three Tuns finest ale,

We serve our fish and chips with crispy fries, mushy peas and some tartare sauce for a tangy, creamy contrast with the battered fish . Pair this up with a refreshing white wine or a crisp lager. Enjoy!
