Coming up next month is the Shrewsbury Classic Car Festival. Held at Longden Village Hall this event will be taking place on Sunday the 13th of July.
Tankerville Pizza
We are delighted to say that we will be at the classic car festival with our classic pizzas. Taking our mobile pizza kitchen kit along to the event, we will be baking some delicious pizzas from the Tankerville menu.
We make our pizzas to a traditional Italian recipe. The pizza dough is made in house and allowed to prove for 48 hours. This process allows the yeast to ferment which adds to the flavour and texture. When baked, a fine crust with puffed crisp edges. We create a rich tomato sauce and use 100% mozzarella cheese for that all important gooey bite. Topped with the finest ingredients you can get a traditional Margherita or Pepperoni for a little extra spice. About The Shrewsbury Classic Car Festival
Shrewsbury Classic Car Festival started in 2016 and has raised over £34,000 for Charity. Now in its ninth year the festival will have many hundreds of vehicles on display including cars, classic bikes, along with trucks and tractors. The organiser expect that this will be their best year to date with a record number of entrants and even more funds be raised to support local charities. Music this year is from The Shrewsbury Concert Band and Sparky & Sprite.

Start The Day With Great Breakfast
If you are planning to spend the day browsing the classic cars you can get things off to a very good start by joining us for breakfast. We offer a proper breakfast/brunch. Have a real treat, and go for the “Tankerville Full English” cooked just how you like it. Maybe a bacon or sausage bap will hit the spot? If you have a sweeter tooth try the fluffy ‘American style’ pancakes with yogurt and fruit compote or sinful syrup? We will be serving from 9am to 11am. Come and see us.
